Positive: The room was clean and cozy. The person checking us in was also very friendly.
Negative: The breakfast offered was terrible, inedible. Even the cereal was stale and milk sour. Didn't have any regular coffee, ect. Person working in the breakfast area was not friendly, I asked if there was a microwave as the little egg piece was frozen in the middle. She took my plate and never came back. She brought out more, I tried one of those and it was also frozen in the middle.

Positive: The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything necessary as well as being clean.
Negative: I checked into a penthouse room at 4pm and everything was great other than a bunch of sawdust up to the door, we did not think much of it. The following morning at 8am we were awoken by very noisy roof repair in the next unit over. We tried to ignore it for a couple hours but eventually decided to ask if we could change rooms, the staff, although nice, said all the other rooms were dirty and the best they could do was give a room later that afternoon. They did not see this as a major inconvenience for us, and did not want to provide a discounted rate since they could not give us a new room at that time. We were staying for multiple days and had already unpacked everything and decided it was not worth the hassle to move rooms after they called us later that afternoon. On the last day, we were coming back to our room after breakfast right in time to see the cleaning lady unlocking our door and walking in around an hour before the check-out time. This was very weird and unprofessional since all our personal stuff was inside and no one was in the room to even say to come in. And to end it all, the sawdust was not cleaned for the entirety of our stay. The stay itself was overall somewhat of a disappointment since we were excited for the concept of the penthouse unit, with the biggest disappointment being that we were checked-in early into a room next to a scheduled roof repair the following morning. It seems there is a major issue with communication between the owner and staff for something so trivial.
Summary: Nice staff, but carelessness ruined our stay.

Positive: It was nice and clean. Good size rooms.
Negative: It was rather loud with young adults and their loud cars up to around 3 am.

Positive: The location offered easy access to the main Interstate and a quick trip to the business area. The location is quiet.
Negative: The Unit needed a facelift. The carpet is worn out. Traveling with a handicapped husband, it was challenging to shower. The one grab bar worked okay, but the shower floor is so sleek that it was not easy to stand steady in the shower. The toilets are entirely too low for any adult. If we had booked this for 1 week, it would not have been feasible for us. Also, on the first night, we had to move from our original unit to another due to the A/C stopping working.
Summary: It worked for our needs for a couple of nights.
