Summary: Staff, from front desk attendant to those who prepared & monitored breakfast area were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The hotel was clean, quiet and centrally located. Only disappointment is that the fireplaces were not operable in rooms & we understand there are plans to remove them. My humble voice says reconsider that...those are part of the ambiance for many of us. We were looking forward to turning it on in our suite but couldn't. That's the reason for 4 vs. 5 stars for this review.
