Negative: I didn't like that booking.com fails to mention that parking isn't free and that the pet fee is $140. Not much you can do or say once your there. Had i known that I would have stayed elsewhere. The hotel was fine but booking.com really screwed me.

Positive: Staff was welcoming. Room clean and fresh.
Negative: Breakfast was not the best. First day eggs were inedible. There are no covers for coffee. . The waffle machine is not working. . Maybe out of batter? Lack of variety. Extremely loud guest foul language guest at the pool on Friday night. One elevator out for the entire weekend

Positive: I like how close the property was to our family. It was also near a huge shopping center.
Negative: I felt that the sheets could have been cleaner, the curtains were also not in the best shape.

Positive: Very clean. Loved the corner room with a separate bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The staff were always very nice and accommodating. Food was good too for breakfast. Easy parking. Will go back for sure!
Negative: There is nothing I didn't like. We wanted to go swimming one evening but there were storms in the area - not the hotels fault!
Summary: Nice hotel! Clean and quiet. I have already recommended to family who will be visiting the area.
