Positive: Pietro was a great host. We had a lovely time there. The view was magnificent. The town was very nice and clean. Hansel and Gretel was a great place to get coffee and pastries in the morning. The property was very clean and well maintained. The elevator was a god send.

Negative: There were no problems with anything.

Positive: The location was perfect for us as a base to explore the Majella National Park and several surrounding towns. Pietro was the most wonderful host, giving us recommendations for hikes, places to go, and loaning us bikes to use. The apartment was perfect and the balcony view was stunning and a wonderful way to wake up every day for our morning coffee and tea. We visited early in the season so had the entire place to ourselves with the town still pretty quiet, but we’re lucky to have beautiful weather and an incredible stay. We can highly recommend La Piazzetta for anyone looking for a good base near the Majella mountains to explore Abruzzo.
