Summary: Aircondition unit in the room was not in working order. Had to complain a few times for almost 4 days before the manager decided to move us to a new room.

Summary: Christophe was extremely helpful with organising taxies etc spoke good English. We bought some tee coffee etc for light breakfast in self catering appartment and had lovely lunches and dinners in Lourdes throughout our stay although a lot of places still shut until beginning if april. However this was more than made up for by the lack of crowds at all the pilgrimage attractions
