The residence offers apartments, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, furnished and standard rooms (without kitchenette). All apartments have a balcony with a view of the mountains or direct access to the garden, do not hesitate to specify your preference when booking. Each apartment includes a kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils. It includes a TV and a bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub. The rooms at the Residence have a private bathroom and a TV. Negative: You can’t drive your car close to your room/apartment and empty for all your luggage. We spent over one hour walking, parking, carrying. No table and chairs in our room or on the patio.

Positive: I quickly found my envelope with the key card on arrival with the help of the supposed janitor, who also showed me the way to my room. I really appreciated the self-check-in. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area - perfect for a relaxing stay.
Negative: The rooms, sanitary facilities and also the communal areas (pool, sports rooms etc.) are a bit run down. One can see in many places that the workmanship was not done properly. Although I appreciated the self-check-in and check-out, I think that at such a price the hotel staff should be on site for a longer period. The resort often felt very deserted, like a ghost town. For a female solo-traveler, it also didn't really feel safe in the room with only a glass door and curtain in front of it. As the restaurant was closed during my stay, it was also very difficult to find something to eat in the evening without a car. In addition, while I was at the pool on Monday, locals were giving swimming lessons for children. This is not a problem for me. However, the hotel should mention this somewhere as many people don't want this when they are relaxing on vacation. Like some others, I also complain about the lack of wifi. I know it's mentioned in the description, but the mobile network reception up there is sometimes so poor that wifi is essential. Especially in today's world, this should be a standard feature in any hotel. As someone who works in tourism myself, I also find it highly unprofessional how the hotel reacts to certain guest reviews. These comments are not meant as an attack by the guests but as suggestions for improvement and should therefore be appreciated by the accommodation. In my opinion, some of the hotel's responses to the ratings are completely unacceptable.
