Positive: The accommodation has everything you need for a relaxed holiday.
Negative: We didn't liked the location, close to the beach by car not by foot when outside are over 35 degrees. The beach is about 15-20minutes maybe more if you have kids. Nothing around to have a dinner or lunch, unless you go 10-15 minutes driving and find restaurants fully booked. We cooked mostly at home and at the end of our stay we've found out that the host watching CCTV 👀 as proof of not compliance with the garbage disposal sortage (sending pictures from CCTV) and threatening us with Police . CCTV is for safety not to watch out your guests for the garbage reason I'll say. First of all his rules was sent in private not on booking and states about 100e fine. Our garbage was collected and just because we left few mixed garbage left overs put in one bag, the host wanted to be smart to charge us. I see one more review same . The cleaner also put it all garrbage in one bag. I will recommend in the future the host to add all comments into booking portal, also about his own rules on important information just to not make confusion for future guests. I would definitely not going back.

Negative: There was no soap or cleaning products and when we left, the cleaner made us take the ones we bought in the shops away to throw in the trash.

Positive: Accommodation is older but sufficient. Meets exactly as described in the offer. The owner responds very quickly and tries to help when needed. However, he is very strict and does not accept any criticism - you can see this about the reactions in the reviews 😊 Be very careful with the waste sorting. Read carefully what to sort where as it may be slightly different than in your country. This will prevent unpleasant discussions at the end of your stay.
Negative: ants that you have to constantly exterminate yourself lack of space in front of the toilet due to the washing machine

Positive: The outside terrace is nice and we used the grill there a lot. The owner Maurizio was very helpful and communicative. The overall experience was nice and we enjoyed our stay. We had a lot of plans all around the northern Sardinia so we used the appartment more as a base of operations than a place to stay the whole time.
Negative: There was very little room in the closets and drawers to put your belongings in, so we left most of ours in our suitcases. The washing machine was a great help, but is situated too close to the toilet for comfort. A dishwasher would be a great improvement too. The biggest disappointment is the local beach. The water is full of some seaweed or leaves and the nearby lagoon is a source of rather foul smell. If you go further along the beach though, you can't smell it anymore. If you are ok to drive a bit and mostly stay at some of the famous San Teodoro beaches to the north, then you can ignore this part.

Positive: The host Mauricio was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise the location of the appartement was great to discover all nearby beaches in the range from 700m to 10 km. Wifi was great ( compared to experiences with other arrangement).
Negative: Nothing particular. Except the directions of the adresse via google maps lead me a so narrow path a car could hardly get through - not the problem of host its more google navigation issue. I advise to first search for the nearby beach di Porto Ainu and from there advance toward the appartement ( this is advice if coming from the south of Sardinia.)

Positive: My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was fantastic and we would have no hesitation in coming back one day in the future. We especially liked the proximity to the nearby beaches. It was very thoughtful of Mauricio to include some beach chairs and umbrella which made the beach experience excellent.
Negative: The downside to the property was the amount of mosquitos in the garden. I advise travellers to bring bug spray and mosquito coils for the evenings. Initially, I was a little annoyed about the lack of small items that I felt could have been included such as salt, pepper and dish soap but I'm aware that it was self-catering. Sometimes when self-catering in other properties these small things are left for you.
Summary: Great location, tranquility and communication from Mauricio means I can highly recommend this!
