Positive: Staff were welcoming from the beginning and helpfully stored our bags so we could look around Verona before check in. They give you a map and point out all the places to visit which was really helpful to us. The location is convenient for access to the historic centre if you are happy to walk about 20 minutes or so. There is also an Aldi 2 minutes walk away. The room was very clean and the kitchen had a good range of cooking equipment. It has a drying rack for clothes and a lift. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The staff were great.

Negative: It was very cold the first night and it seemed the heaters had only been set for a couple hours each morning. However, on the second day a staff member helpfully put the heating up for us and we had a much more comfortable evening. Be aware there is no dish washing liquid or scrubbing brush. The water pressure in the kitchen was very low. We were only there for two nights so we just left our dishes in the sink as a result.
