Summary: I find it hard to believe that this thoroughly outdated and profoundly depressing property has such a high overall rating on this website. The apartment we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. Without exaggeration everything looked like it was from the 70s. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We reported this to two different staff members who couldn’t have been less interested in this. Rather, our reporting of the issue seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Poor location in a not particularly nice part of town. Inconvenient access to the old town. Very overpriced for what it is; it’s clearly capitalising on Verona not being equipped for the amount of tourism it attracts. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your time in Verona!

Summary: Fantastic service. Stayed with family for just a night. Although it is a tad expensive, it is worth every penny. Just a 20 minute walk to the colosseum and Verona centre.

Summary: Good location, great parking, very friendly receptionist! We were heading to San Marino from Austria via car, so only stopped for one night, but thanks to the receptionist got a lot of good info to explore the city.

Summary: Very clean and roomy, but it has seen better days. Everything essential was provided (even washing machine and washing powder) and service was excellent. Parking was also very good.
