Positive: New complex, surrounded by greenery. Access to roof terrace, this was a huge bonus for anyone who enjoys stargazing. Beautiful river next to complex.
Negative: Had to go pick the keys far away from property, you really need a car to manage this property. We had to spend on taxi each way, considering elderly grandma and a child. Asking for the keys to be picked up elsewhere is not a good solution and definitely not ok to ask dropping them off at the same location once checked out. Please think it through, people on vacation should not think of this items given the distances. The terrace is next to entrance, ground floor, whenever someone is coming in down the stairs or making photos - the apartment is fully exposed. Probably winter time is leser of an issue, summer time though - intimidating. Little space for this cost. 2 adults and 1 child - there was no space already for 3 of us, very small space. But for couples I guess it is just perfect. All in all: need a car and 2 people max, other than that it is fine.

Positive: Very nice place to stay, comfortable apartment, brand new, great assistance from the booking staff. Quiet neighborhood - not in the center of Pec, but very close. It’s good to mention that there are 2 ways to get to the center – one is along the street, and the second one is a small road by the river, which is much quieter and nicer, but first you need to climb some stairs. Overall, very good place, worth giving it a try.

Positive: Apartment was very good. Roomy and clean, location on the edge of town, quiet and close to everywhere.
Negative: Reception was 500m away in a sports shop which opened 2 hours after opening time. There was no microwave in our apartment (it was supposed to be there acc. to description). When the shop in the end opened at 11 am instead of 9am, the female attendant promised to deliver the microwave to the apartment. When we returned from a hike, the microwave was there but filthy with old mouldy food all over and cracked door. We notified them via booking.com messaging. The next day, the microwave disappeared, and there was no contact from the staff for 4 days. Just in the evening, before we were leaving, they sent a message and offered to rectify it. Too late.
