Summary: The room was very clean, and housekeeping was very quick and helpful. Just to clarify, the 2bedroom suite, is actually a 1br, with a queen bed inside, and 2 single beds where the living room is supposed to be. I was expecting a common area with a living room area, but there was none. Also, there's only 1 toilet and bath. We were 6 adults in the room (with 2 extra beds). There was enough space for everyone. service and free coffee at the restaurant was great!

Summary: New property. Great and friendly staff. Definitely would be back and will recommend it to family and friends. The free airport pick up/drop off is also a plus.

Summary: I don’t understand why this hotel is rated 3.5. The place is perfect! Very warm and courteous staff. All of our requests were granted. Exactly what we needed for a vacation/retreat. Batanes was perfect and our chosen accommodation was a contributor to that! One thing to note, the place where the hotel is doesnt have mobile network signal because of the mountains surrounding the place but the hotel has wifi to compensate for the lack of coverage. I am unable to add photos to this review for some reason, but the place really was amazing.
