Summary: Our room was done very beautifully and artistically and overlooked the Sassi Barisano for a great view. The bathroom is American sized and the room contained a large closet and cute balcony. It sits on a main piazza just a couple minutes to any of the major sites. Mimmo was an excellent host and even if we said the room didn’t need to be cleaned since we were staying only two nights, he had it cleaned anyway. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This hotel is centrally located in Piazza del Sedile, easily accessible and within walking distance to main sites in both sassy. Everyone knows where it is, you can ask for directions if you happen get lost although this is very unlikely. This is an old palace renovated with high quality workmanship and decorated with super good taste, the view from my room to the piazza was remarkable, other rooms and a terrace have remarkable views as well. Domenico, a.k.a. Mimo (owner) went out of his way to provide assistance and information, very friendly, also very good breakfast.

Summary: Outstanding. I think it should be emphasized how centrally located it is, and great to stay at. And to be ready for a parking challenge. The Residenza staff was helpful in taking care of the parking challenge.
