Positive: Very well equipped apartment. Tommy had thougt of everything and made the apartment tasteful and inviting. Well situated. Quite and very secure. We enjoyed our stay there.

Negative: The matress was a little soft for us and was not against the back wall so the pillows slipped down the back of the bed.

Summary: Great area to stay to explore surrounding places.

Positive: Tommy met me, took me to the apartment and was very very helpful. The apartment is great, well equipped and in a good area. Highly recommended. Tommy barely speaks English and my Italian is minimal but we managed just fine.

Negative: Nothing

Positive: Good location for station. Friendly check-in staff. Comfy bed but a small bed space obstructed on one side by wardrobes & cupboards. Large balcony but overlooked and not great to sit out there. Kitchen facilities were good and comprehensive.

Negative: On arrival we first had to go to a shop - would prefer to just go straight to property, even though this was not too far away. Cupboards were cluttered with lots of spare towels and linen and access to wardrobe hanging space very limited due to the height of hanging rails - fortunately we were not there too long for this to matter. However, this would have been problematic if we had stayed four nights or more. There was no option for international TV and streaming services required a login, so not actually available to us. No instructions for appliances, such as TV settings etc. Really didn’t like the awful red light in bathroom - simply annoying!

Summary: Well equipped bijou studio apartment near train station.

Positive: The location was very close to the centre of town and the railway station. Domodossola is a very pretty town with good restaurants.

Negative: Would have liked a few teabags and coffee for a short stay.
