Positive: I can't recommend BnB La Reggia enough for anyone visiting Caserta. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality of Giampaolo and his wife. They went above and beyond, treating us with such kindness that it felt like staying with loved ones. Beyond their wonderful welcome, the B&B itself is fantastic: newly renovated rooms, impeccably clean, and with convenient, safe parking. The breakfast voucher for a nearby café was a brilliant, upscale start to our day. You'll feel incredibly well taken care of here.

Positive: Great host. Spoke excellent English. Very friendly. Helped us with luggage and parking car. Recommend restaurant. Very close to palace and central location. Short block from train station and convenience store free doors down. Great bed, towels etc. very quiet room.
Negative: At first outside building looks bit older but once inside very nice

Positive: Exceptionally clean. Beautifully updated space within walking distance to train, palace and central Caserta. Gianpaolo was the perfect host, greeting us on the street upon arrival and showing us around. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Positive: I had an exceptional stay at Residenza La Reggia and wholeheartedly recommend it. Gianpaolo, the owner, personally greeted me upon arrival, demonstrating his warm hospitality and excellent communication skills both before and during my stay. The property is ideally located just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Despite its proximity, the accommodation was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a relaxing environment. The unit itself is newly renovated with impeccable attention to detail. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about the space felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was another highlight of the experience. The meal was delightful, and the Illy coffee added a premium touch to start each morning on a high note. Between its prime location, beautifully updated accommodations, and Gianpaolo's outstanding hospitality, Residenza La Reggia is a gem. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Negative: The door was not as soundproof as I would have liked it to be. But everyone became quiet at night, so it wasn't a big deal.

Positive: Rooms spacious and great decor. But the best part was the owner, Gianpaolo. The restaurant contracted for breakfast, Tres Farine, just around the corner, had excellent food also for dinner. He gave additional advice on other restaurants and navigating the city. After our two night stay turned into a week, he later drove us around for a quick tour and to show us his family's manor, also invited us to his room for wine, snacks, and conversation. But where he went above and beyond was that I was ill on arrival and after checking that my oxygen saturation was low he took me to a local doctor, pharmacy for a covid test (negative), and then to the emergency room at the hospital. (Turned out to be just a nasty respiratory virus that I got over a few days later). On being released after 6 hours he arranged the taxi to return us to his place. Unlike staying near Roma or Paris, very few of the Italians were proficient in English and we know a bit of French but no Italian. I don't know what we would have done without his taking charge of the situation. A truly amazing experience from a truly amazing man. In addition, the location was fantastic. A short walk from the Palace - a spectacular place that a number of movies including Star Wars have used, train station, and good restaurants. Anyone wanting to visit Naples, as we did two weeks later at the end of our trip, should consider staying here and taking the train into the city.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Positive: Clean room, and literally a 2 minute walk to the station.
Negative: We thought this was an actual b&b but it's basically an Airbnb - the owner owns the apartment next door too, and this is an apartment in which they've put key card locks on each of the rooms. The room is fine - it's drab and plain but it's clean, the window looks out onto some construction and the train line and you can hear the train if you leave the windows open, but if you keep the windows closed and blinds drawn it's not too miserable. Location is convenient for the train, though a bit of a walk to the city centre. The included breakfast is a voucher for a single croissant and coffee that you can redeem at a cafe a short walk from the apartment block. In short - if you are here only to catch the train, this is very convenient, but if you want something cosy or if you thought this was an actual b&b, you may be disappointed. Also - the photos look waaay nicer than the room looks in real life.
