Positive: Our apartment was really big. The bed was comfortable. The wellness area and gym are really nice. Good location. Easy check in process and we were allowed to check in early. Staff was available for questions.

Negative: The apartment looked different to the photos provided on booking: It was very sterile, zero decoration, no bedside lamp, really glaring light, not very cozy. The wellness area was reserved for a private event one of the evenings we stayed which was a bit unfortunate. Some amenities would need some fixing (e.g., the shower). The wellness area wasn't cleaned daily.

Positive: Attentive staff, easy checkin, close to transportation. Beds were comfortable, nice size kitchen. The space heater else’s nice to help line dry laundry on our short stay. The balcony is very small but a great view of the street and sunset. The spa is beautiful.

Negative: The window did not close all the way (our stay was Mar 18-21) so you could hear the traffics and noise from bars down below. One of the saunas did not work. The hot tub was cold and the pool is very cold. It is unclear where to fill up the water kettle for hot tea in the wellness lounge. But the spa was beautiful.

Summary: Great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing

Positive: Clean. Very well equipped. Lovely spa and gym. They provided coffee. Jam. Some biscuits. Washing powder. Dishwasher tablets. This apartment was lovely. 2 separate bedrooms. Staff were helpful. Well located to transport and city centre. Very nice.
