Summary: The air conditioning was amazing! Coming from Milan I struggled to find a room that got below 27 degrees Celsius. The room here got to 19 degrees Celsius, which made it comfortable to sleep. The front desk employees were really helpful and catered to my native language of English. 10/10 would recommend and when I’m back in Nice, this is where I will stay:

Summary: The place it is a long term renting place , is it not a normal hotel. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional.The room it is cleaned weekly so if you go for 3 days or 5 days you wont have housekeeping done. When we asked for fresh towels they said it is extra 2 euro. Hotels.com compensated us for inconvenience but that didnt change the way the hotel staff dealt with us.We had to go and ask for garbage bags to take out the garbage , to ask for coffee pr soap because they will not give it automatically , so we went and buy from the grocery store. Never again at that property .

Summary: Nothing around close to eat except a pizza place (theybseemed to have a full menu but offered only pizza) one of the rooms we had was leaking water from the ceiling enough that we almost slupped and fell (good size puddle), when we changed rooms no credit or anything for inconvenience. My son thought he left laptop in room so the 2 ladies at front desk walked back up.to let him in room, WATCHED him look for it, never said a word until he said he was putting the tracker on , THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN 1 of the firla said, "Ohhh you left it in the lobby when you checked in." So they knew it was our laptop yet didnt say a word until we were going to track it. We also had 3 rooms for 2 days and after the 1st day ..our keys wouldnt work, the lady at the desk said it was because we didnt pay the city tax for the day. We booked thru expedia. The room tax ALMOST ALWAYS either gets charged to your credit card that you leave for deposit or at the end of your stay or beginning. They deactivates our keys again another inconvenience. I would never recommend after the shadiness and behavior.

Summary: Hotel is 5 minutes walking distanc from airport T1, rooms is nice, only problem is this is hotel apartment don't have cleaning every day.

Summary: Good location close to bus, tram and train. We can walk 10 minutes to Nice airport and take the tram for 1 stop. Good value compared to the hotels near Old Town.
