Start your best Okanagan holiday at this newly renovated resort condo ideally located in the Pinnacle Ridge Resort, on the Quail Ridge golf course! You will love the central location next to 2 golf courses and a short drive to all the area's beaches and attractions. Located just minutes from the airport, between Downtown Kelowna and Lake Country, this central location is perfect for golf, wine or fruit picking holidays, as well as just enjoying the Okanagan sunshine at the heated outdoor pool!
For you serious golfers, not only are we located on the Quail and Bear courses, but we are just minutes from Tower Ranch, Sunset Ranch, Shadow Ridge and Kelowna Springs courses, and Predator Ridge is a 30 minute drive.
Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this beautiful 3 bedroom condo is newly renovated with laminate floor, stone counters, new paint, sinks, faucets and lighting! It is also beautifully furnished and sleeps up to 8 family members. Offering a spacious, open floorplan, central AC, and a patio with BBQ, the building also includes a gym and outdoor pool/hot tub during the summer months.
In the large, open living room, there is a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a Double bed, and dining room for 6, as well as seating at the kitchen bar. The large kitchen features brand new stone counters, sinks and faucet, full-size appliances and is fully stocked for cooking meals at home.
The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a King bed and flat screen smart TV with cable. This room also features his and her walk-thru closets and a large ensuite bathroom with new flooring, stone counter, sink, faucet and lighting.
The second bedroom includes 2 twin XL beds, that can be converted to a King, and a smart TV, and the third bedroom features a double bed.
On the patio, enjoy a small patio table and a BBQ.
Family groups may have up to 8 related family members. For adult-only groups, we have a maximum occupancy of 6 guests and all guests must be 26+ years old.
We will allow one small dog measuring up to 15" upon approval and with a pet fee.

Summary: Our family had a great time on vacation in Kelowna. This property was great. Lots of room and the kids loved the pool. Underground parking was nice and convenient. The condo was clean and had lots of room for our family. We would stay here again!

Summary: Great space for your family vacation. This condo has everything you would need. Just bring your food and suitcases and your set! Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and lake country. Grocery store and liquor store just down the hill from the complex. My only complaint while we were there was how loud the individuals were above us both inside and outside on the patio.

Summary: My family of four really enjoyed our stay. The unit is extremely spacious with a large living room that boasts enough room for the whole family. (It is larger than looks in the pictures!). The bedrooms are also sizeable and each bed very comfortable. We don't like living out of our bags when travelling so appreciated each room being equipped with dressers and/or closet to store all our clothes. The pool is well maintained as are the rest of the grounds. My son and I enjoyed the proximity to two great golf courses. (Hint: Book an evening round and the price is about 1/2 price). Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We definitely recommend this unit!
