Positive: Stunning historic palazzo in the old part of the town of Fermo. The ceiling in our suite was majestic. Roll top bath and bathrobes are a great touch of luxury. The host, Michele is very friendly and helpful. They provide parking permits upon request which is very handy..

Negative: Completely understand it's an old house so they are still fixing some things but the wifi didn't work at all in our room so it's inconvenient if you are on a foreign mobile contract. It did work in other parts of the palazzo though, but if you rent a suite, everything has to work. Aircon/heaters very noisy and so it's the Wc after flushing so it can be disrupting at night. They also should leave more amenities (again, since it's a suite): we had a bottle of water and glasses but no kettle and tea / coffee facilities. We could get these outside our room, in the nearby breakfast room, but it required a bit of a treasure hunt to find cups / teaspoon, and we couldn't really operate the big coffee machine. They have a nespresso machine too but only decaf capsule. I think if they sorted out these little touches, it would be a true luxury experience matching the beauty of the palazzo. That said we still throughly enjoyed our stay so Michele and family should keep up the good work.

Positive: Location amazing, right in the history centre. Authentic faded glory property full of original epherema. Hosts very friendly and chatty. Hostess lovely. Bed very comfortable.

Negative: No official parking and difficult to find a spot. The shower needs tidying up, bathrooms are very important when away from home.
