Positive: Room was lovely although no balcony furniture and noisy air con units on balcony. We had the king suite with balcony The larger swimming pool is beautiful and lovely views

Negative: However the hotel is very understaffed so slow or non existent service. Although the staff that were there.. were friendly and pleasant enough. Breakfast had some stale cakes, fruit and omlettes station.. 2/3 star hotel breakfast The Spa does not exist

Summary: I would say this is a 4 star but not a 5 star
