Negative: The managemet was not good. The back security light was faulty and complaints were made but they did not fix it. The two rooms with single beds got so much fat maggots coming out and we could not even trace it out and that was so weird and scary.

Positive: Multiple pools and spa, BBQ area and other activities for children and adults.

Negative: Multiple times children were running around in the spas all of the room jumping in, splashing and walking around the ledge. Around the pool and spa there needs to be adult supervision as it is dangerous not only for the children misbehaving but for other people trying to relax in the spa and around the area. - The villa we stayed in 163 has what appears to be mould around some of the windows, dead bugs in the light fixtures, loose tiles in both bathrooms, water goes from hot to cold quickly. Spa jets don’t stay on and other jets shoot out of the bathtub area. Tv didn’t work for 98% of the stay. Contacted support didn’t seem to make a difference.

Positive: The resort offers a wide range of excellent facilities and is ideal for families, with indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, and tennis courts, among many others. We also appreciated the added bonus of wildlife encounters, including friendly bunnies and possums.

Negative: However, one significant issue did impact our stay. The main toilet in our villa was not flushing. Although staff acknowledged the problem, they advised that it could not be repaired over the weekend due to unavailable parts. As a result, we had to manually fill the toilet with water each time to flush. Additionally, despite the inconvenience, we were unable to receive a late check-out due to back-to-back bookings. We hope this concern is addressed promptly for the comfort of future guests.

Summary: Despite the issue, we chose to focus on enjoying our stay and making the most of the resort’s facilities.

Positive: The position was great in between the track and Cowes main centre. The restaurant and pizza shop was great also. And the wildlife was beautiful

Negative: For $3700 for 4 nights I sort of expected to atleast have some long life milk, small soaps etc for the bathrooms and more then 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people to get us started.
