Negative: we had no access to the pool the day we arrived. Complained to staff. they didn’t solve until 2 pm the next day!
Summary: too much hassle over access to main amenity!

Positive: Good value, kitchen was well stocked, it had crock pot, coffee pot, pantry etc. the location was beautiful, the 3rd floor had beautiful views. It has a nice warm pool area with 2 very hot Jacuzzi tubs, ping pong(bring balls and paddles if your a serious player), sauna, pool table and a racketball room(no rackets or balls provided). The free city shuttle to the ski resorts, has a sheltered stop right in front of the building. There is laundry in the clubhouse (closes at 10 and takes credit cards). The customer service was good, property manager, evolve and booking.com. It worked well for our large group, it was nice to have 3 baths and seating for us all.
Negative: Getting my questions answered prior to stay, so i could plan more efficiently. There are 2 tvs but The upstairs tv is a tube. So at the end of a long day kids like to play on their consoles, so adults had to share or pile in a bedroom. I would suggest upgrading the tube TV, highlighting enmities with pictures, the place was a little worn but clean, however it could use a deep clean (lights) etc, update the broken lights and fans.
