Positive: Very comfortable home, and great location. It was nice to be right by the freeway, and get to where we needed to get to in a reasonable amount of time. Love how the home is laid out, was perfect for four dudes celebrating their 50th birthdays. First time that I did not stay in a casino, and all four of us won money . .go figure!! Perfect place for four guys looking to not lose are money at the casinos!
Summary: Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Negative: the tv was not properly working no washer and dryer . the bathrooms was dirty tubs not cleaned .

Positive: The home was was very clean and pleasing to the eye. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen space and plenty of bedrooms and beds for our family. Pool was well kept. Back yard seating area with lighting was very nice and appreciated. Home was easy to find and only four miles to the strip.
Negative: Home could use a few more furnishings to really make the stay outstanding. Ex. Night stands for a few of the bedrooms and maybe a dresser or two or at least a suitcase stand in the rooms. Extra towels would have been appreciated especially for the pool. Maybe a few extra seats for the outdoor space. Maybe fix the twin bedroom window.
Summary: My family felt very comfortable at this property we would stay here again.

Positive: Owner was very responsive and helpful. Lots of space and quiet neighborhood. Cute kitties visit the backyard. Very easy check in/out procedure.
Negative: Thermostat was confusing and difficult to control so house was chilly or too warm but owner can control remotely. No tv/cable instructions or wifi information in the home. No information of any kind.
