Positive: The resort was awesome. Friendly staff, beautiful location. Hike up the path opposite the creek for a really cool waterfall! Also the indoor pool was nice. We didn't use the sauna but man was it huge and looked very inviting.

Negative: My only dig, and i understand this likely isn't feasible to correct, is that we visited late may and the outdoor rooftop infinity pool was too cold to go in. The indoor one is heated and was great though.

Positive: The property is stunning and really feels one with nature.

Negative: The staff seemed uninterested across the board. We were told that we could get extra bedding on top to make the twin beds a double bed, didn’t come despite two reminders. We ordered room service and the fries came cold, when we mentioned it - someone came switched the plate to one with half the quantity of fries which were also just as cold.

Positive: The staff was kind and helpful. They put extra bed for my daughter and baby cot for my baby in the room as we wanted a room with private pool as a family.

Negative: It was clean overall, not that bad; but it could be better for a person like me- with a little baby and having cleanliness as a priority.

Summary: We enjoyed our one night stay as family, cleanliness issue could be taken into consideration to improve quality.
