3 Bedroom House in Suring

This 3 bedroom mobile home is located at site #31 in Evergreen Park. The resort is open all year around featuring an indoor heated pool, community building with fitness center, game room, coin operated laundry . Tennis court and Rainbow play system are other amenities to enjoy. The Waupee Creek is our property line where you can enjoy trout fishing or hike into the Nicolet national forest. Chute Pond is with in walking distance. The Oconto County Park has many feature to enjoy with a 425 acre lake, jumping rocks, beach area, boar launch , picnic area , hiking trails and campground. ATV and snowmobile trails leave the resort then run for miles.
This home has a screen room at the entry way where you can relax on the patio and use the gas grill. Wifi and satelite TV in the living room. The master bedroom has a 1/2 bath. The other bedrooms are equipped with bunk beds. Twin over Full in one bedroom, then Twin over Twin in the other bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need including crock pot, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Sorry No dishwasher.
Come and relax by the pool, play a game of tennis, or enjoy the hunting and fishing just off the property. Trailers can stored in the back of the community

Summary: We loved this place. It worked perfect for our family of 5. We loved the 1.5 bath, with plenty of hot water, and great water pressure for showers. The screen porch and grill were perfect for us too. We did grill our food at night. The beds were nice, and all was clean and comfortable, it was nicely decorated too. We did not use the pool, but it sure was nice looking, and a great option if weather not good!!! We went kayaking and tubing, at Chute Pond and really enjoyed the slippery rocks there. We took a drive through the Cathedral of the pines which was beautiful too.

Summary: Very good place to stay. Even though no laundry machines in the trailer the office building has washer and dryer and it's close. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Summary: We have stayed at this location on numerous times. When arrived this time, we realized the furnace was not working, within 20 minutes of contacting the office, we had heat. Great response from both the office and maintenance. Look forward to staying there in the future.

Summary: Rented this place for a month to be near friends and family. The mobile home was clean and adequately furnished with necessities. Missed having washer/dryer for the long stay. There is a nice sunporch and fire pit. It is nestled among other mobile homes on a small lot but lots of woods with trees nearby. My only complaint is my 7 years old grandson visited for a week and was scolded by their handyman/lawn cutter who lived across the street for being in the nearby woods while I watched him from the driveway. This guy scared my grandson and insisted in get out which was unnecessary. Would rent again but maybe a different or newer mobile home.
