Positive: Absolutely fantastic place to visit and stay. As a lone female traveller, I felt extremely safe on my own and felt like the staff really cared for my needs. I had a slight problem with my credit card as I did not know about the $300 dollar safety deposit at check-in (probably my own fault as my stay here was booked at immense short-notice). However, the gentleman on reception and the manager helped resolve this problem in a respectful and calm manner. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled in a very positive and professional way, I instantly felt at ease. There is a great variety of restaurants and bars which offer a great choice of food and drinks. The pool area was lovely and clean and the gym also looked great (although I was unable to use it this time). The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a great choice of channels on the TV and the bathroom facilities were also very useful (iron, ironing board, hairdryer, large well-lit mirrors, shower etc). Overall, an amazing experience. If I am ever back in the USA and in NY state, I will definitely be staying here again.
Negative: The only tiny thing that was remotely negative about my stay was an experience I had while swimming. Although there is a separate family/children's pool to the adult one which I was using, they are both in the same "room" or under the same roof. At the time I went for a swim, a large family with many children were making a lot of noise and were running around the cordoned off pool areas (small corridors separating the pools). It seems this family were staying in one of the rooms which is on the same level as the pool and their balcony/veranda backs on to the swimming pools. It appears these 3rd floor (if I remember the floor correctly) have their own private pools. The children were extremely loud and ruined my swimming experience. The parents were almost encouraging their loud screaming, seeing that myself and another lady were trying to relax and unwind in the adult pool area. This made me cut my swim short and affected the other lady too.

Positive: Everything is in one place which makes it super convenient. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel room was clean and beautiful.
Negative: The only thing is with the restaurant Dos Gatos. They had to cut their menu as it was a super busy weekend. Which is not their fault. But I highly recommend eating there. The food was delicious.
Summary: All in all we loved our stay we would definitely come back.
