Summary: The home was very spacious and great for a large group of 9 adults. Really close to eminence and Alley Spring. The house was very nice on the inside. We didn’t spend much time outside as the neighbors places looked a bit trashy. The two car garage was super nice for coolers, etc. We really loved all the space in the house and will book here again! Our only complaint is that the AC was not turned on when we got there. It was 100 outside and 87 in the house. It took forever to cool off and did not get comfortable until the next morning.

Summary: Overall, the house was very nice on the inside and comfortable. All the amenities needed to feel like home. The problem was the property is located in a rundown, trashy neighborhood. It's well we enjoyed the home interior because no one wanted to spend any time outside. Barking dogs, crowing roosters, junk cars sitting in adjacent yards and loud cursing neighbors were an issue. We would visit again if house was moved elsewhere.

Summary: It was well stocked and a lot of room. Pics don't do it justice. Decor was wonderful and we had a great relaxing time. Only upgrade needed was a permanent island.

Summary: We were pleased with the check in and prompt communication with the owner. The house was comfortable but nothing fancy (which we didn’t expect in Eminence). A good place to stay when visiting the Ozark Scenic Riverways especially if you are brining your dog floating. We thought the pet policy was extremely reasonable.

Summary: We had 11 people, mixture of adults and kids and the house layout was perfect! Very clean and cozy. Will plan to stay again next time we visit the area.

Summary: My family and I enjoy visiting Eminence to float the Jacks Fork river. (Highly recommend Windy's Canoe Rentals) We've never stayed in Eminence because accommodations are nearly non-existent. We would always drive to a nearby town to stay in a hotel. I stumbled upon this cottage and decided to take a chance. The cottage check-in was simple and the couple of times I contacted the host, her reply was nearly instant. The cottage was very clean and passed the "bare-foot" test. :) I've never stayed in a VRBO with as many thoughtful touches of what we might need. The cottage is well-maintained and welcoming with new appliances and flooring, comfortable beds, new bedding and towels, plus an updated kitchen. It's obvious that the owners take care of the cottage and their guests. The price is a bargain for what you'll get. My family would definitely love to stay here again.
