Positive: I really liked the hotel’s location, which was close to both the center and the beach. The rooftop club with a DJ performance was a great part of our entertainment during the stay. Breakfast and dinner were also good.
Negative: When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us that due to technical issues in our rooms, we would need to be relocated to a neighboring hotel, which was very unpleasant for us. The staff tried to convince me that they had already discussed this situation with me over the phone, but this was false, as no one had contacted me prior to our arrival. Additionally, I had booked three rooms, yet only one had an issue, so I could not understand why they decided to move all of us to the other hotel. They assisted us in reaching the neighboring hotel using their service cars, and we were not charged any extra fees for the relocation. At first, we liked the new hotel, as it offered a sea view room, a nice pool, and a delicious breakfast. However, the hotel was located on a hill with a very steep climb, which made it very difficult for us—especially my elderly mother and aunt—to go up and down repeatedly. Because of this, we avoided going out. We also faced problems with the room doors, making entry and exit inconvenient every time. The staff at Dedeman Hotel showed no interest in whether we had any issues or concerns at the new hotel. They mentioned that the technical problems in our Dedeman rooms would be resolved in a few days, but they did not provide a specific timeframe. After two days at the neighboring hotel, the housekeeper informed us that it was our check-out time. We were shocked. When we went to the reception to clarify the situation, they confirmed it was indeed our check-out day. We requested to contact Dedeman Hotel, but the receptionist refused, claiming she did not have the authority to do so. As a result, we had to go down to Dedeman Hotel ourselves. The staff confirmed that it was the day we were supposed to return, but we were extremely shocked and frustrated that no one had informed us beforehand. This treatment felt very disrespectful. Upon our return, we were given the three worst rooms in Dedeman at the first floor near the housekeepers rooms.

Positive: The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful — honestly, I started wondering if they were competing to see who could smile the most. The hotel itself was spotless; I’ve seen operating rooms with less shine. Breakfast and dinner were a feast, with enough variety to make me question whether I really needed that “second plate”… (spoiler: I did). The location was convenient, though let’s be real, the star of the show was the daily shuttle to Pigale Beach. It leaves at 12 pm and 2 pm, and kindly rescues you from your sun-soaked laziness at 4 pm — perfect timing before you start resembling a lobster. Overall, everything was smooth, satisfying, and relaxing… almost suspiciously so.
Negative: Now, the only hiccup: the soundtrack from a nearby club that kept going until 2 am. Great if you’re into uninvited dance parties in your room, not so great if you actually want to sleep. Maybe a little extra soundproofing would let guests choose between being in bed by midnight or joining the party.
Summary: “A spotless, friendly, and deliciously relaxing stay — if only the nightclub DJ had an off switch before 2 am.”

Positive: We had a great holiday at this hotel. It had been a while since my family and I had gone away together. This is the perfect place to stay with family. We loved many things about this great hotel: the food, how clean it was, the friendly staff, the many little perks, the Turkish sauna (hamam), its own little yard, and many other things besides. The rooms were cleaned every day. They were very light and comfortable. The yard was fresh and very cute with its own little garden. The staff were very warm and friendly, especially at reception. There was one girl called Melek who was extremely friendly and helped us with everything! The food was delicious and there was lots of variety at the buffet. We had a great time at this hotel and hope everyone has such a nice holiday here!
Negative: The only thing missing was the pool. Unfortunately, it was not open by the time we arrived. We were informed that it would open on 15 June. But, honestly, given how many other good things there were, this is nothing for us!
