Positive: Nice location by the forest, after the weekend, we were the only guests on the complex and it was quiet and relaxing. The houses are nice and very clean, they also have most things we needed. The beach is about 10/15min walk through the forest and you have great walking connections to the local towns, restaurants and shops. The place is dog friendly. Jacuzzi was also OK, heats up quickly.

Negative: The complex is compact and the garden is open, so when there were other guests, the kids were constantly running around past our window. The house also starts to show its age a little and few things could be sorted like door handle to bathroom coming off etc - we also thought the sofa and beds were very hard. Likewise the jacuzzi is nice but also shows its age. There are BBQs to use, but they are pretty terrible quality so don't expect too much (there was also no tools for BBQ).

Positive: We've searched for a unique and nice place to stay for 3 nights close to the Polish sea. Out of all the hundreds of places from east to west, REST Rusinowo caught our eye. If you want a relaxing time with your family or partner, this is the place. A very quiet area. Bit you're still close to larger towns like Jarosławiec (5 min by car) or Darłowo (25 min by car). The unique modern architecture of this place is great the Aircondition is a rare luxury in Poland and the private jackuzy is a welcome bonus. Highly recommended. A+

Negative: The bedroom bed is extremely squeaky. Every little move or toss causes loud noise. Other than that, all is great.

Summary: Unique, modern, quiet + an A/C and a private jacuzzi!

Positive: Well maintained area, location of each home allowed for decent privacy. EV charging possibility greatly appreciated.

Negative: There are a dew things which when improved would make it a top value and quality. Shower head was simply not right. It was one of those hand held thin types and the rail holding it was broken. The sink was off center in relation to faucet and it was wobbly on top of the cabinet. Beds were way too hard, no additional pillows available. The homes could use mosquito nets in at least some windows to allow guests to use open windows and reduce AC use. No kitchen cloths, brushes or sponges for the kitchen. Frying pan worn out and used up. Charcoal grill was a piece of junk. The sound proofing between the bedroom on ground level and bathroom was non existent. When someone washed hands or flushed toilet the noose in the bedroom was horrific waking up those sleeping there. Toaster or oven would have been nice especially at this price range. Jacuzzi- water was not fresh and bacteria has caused it to smell quite badly. Also, the deck could use an umbrella or other sun protection set-up.
