Positive: The location was convenient and close to the downtown area. I had to take my mother back and forth to Tampa General Hospital for doctor's visits multiple times per week during the time we stayed over the 39 days. The place was very clean, with all amenities being met. It was great to have a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. It came with a partially stocked pantry as well as stocked toiletry. Staying at this Airbnb was one of the best decisions we made and it was very comfortable and made our visit much more pleasant.
Negative: I can truly say, there was nothing we did not like about this place. Everything was excellent.

Positive: The location was a plus. We were near a lot of expressways and stores. Very convenient for us.
Negative: The bathroom was not the tidiest. I had to purchase a new shower liner because the one that they had was filthy. The owner offered to reimburse me, but I declined. The linen and comforters were not white like I’m use to when I’m staying somewhere. So I bought a new blanket to be comfortable. I bought new washcloths and towels as well. Their white washcloths did not look clean, but I had to use it the first night since Walmart was closed. The owner was nice, but I think when you are operating a business, please have cleaner towels, comforters, and shower liners and curtains.
Summary: Our overall stay was okay for the short visit.
