The large pool is open May-September (heated June -September ). There is a fence around the swimming pool and a shallow end. Please note, children will still need supervision in the pool area. The house has a large kitchen/dining area and two sitting rooms with a first floor terrace with views of garden and hills. There are 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite). The property has much Le Marche character with wood burning fireplaces, oak beams and terracotta tiled floors. There is a large garden with ample shade and area to play. A gated entrance drive with ample car parking.

Summary: The situation of thehouse is perfectly – looking around for 360 degrees! We enjoyed this. On the other hand: we are disappointed and confused regarding the following points. 1) When we arrived at the agreed time 16.15 h. Fabricia was busy trying to replace tables and chairs from insiode to outside. We helped her to do this activity. She wasn’t ready. Afterwards we understood the problem as a consequence of storm before. 2) The house was NOT cleaned. It was filthy and we cleaned the house by ourselves. We are feeling unhappy in such dirty environment. 3) The power net faltered in contrast with the website information. We were confronted with the following points: the wasmachine, the dishwasher, the extractor hood, the toaster and the microwave did not work dayly before 18.00h in the evening. We were unable to wash and clean our littel children. We could not use the toaster, the microwave and the dishwasher to eat before 18.00h. We expected efficient devices for the price we payed. After iphone contact we blocked the heating of the swimming pool. These struggles did not agree with your information before.

Summary: Beautiful and comfortable house perfect for two families with kids. We absolutely loved the covered terrace where you have a spectacular view on the mountains. The big kitchen has everything you need. Also a big pro if you stay with small kids is that the swimming pool is surrounded by a fence you can close. We were welcomed by the cleaning lady, Fabrizia, who was very friendly and helpful. And when the electricity failed, this was fixed the same day. We definitely recommend the place for a nice relaxing holiday and are considering returning in the future!

Summary: We've found it, our perfect vacation home. We spent one week here with two families. Four adults and three kids. The house is located in a picturesque landscape in the hillside but easily accessible. The house and property are very pretty and neatly maintained and well equipped. There is ample room, four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with either shower or bathtub, two living rooms, and a large dining room/kitchen. But dining is best in the shade on the porch outside while enjoying the wonderful view. But best of all, especially for our families, was the giant private pool that left nothing to be desired. The shallow end was perfect for the five-year-old to stand in and learn to swim and the deep end was good for the older kids to practice swimming and diving. We're already thinking about coming back to repeat this dream holiday, perhaps for two weeks next time.

Summary: The house is very nice, photos are exactly representing the context. You can easily understand that the owners love their place by the way they have taken care of this house and how it is maintained. We were two families of 4 people and there was still plenty of space. The swimming pool is very comfortable. People looking for some relax and a quiet place should consider this villa. We were kindly supported by Fabrizia, who was very kind and available for every need.

Summary: The villa was huge and very comfortable and homely for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. The pool was large and clean, and although April was cold, the 3 children enjoyed it. Idyllic to get away and chill out. Barbara was a great host and was helpful with sorting queries and housekeepers etc. We would definitely visit again.

Summary: We enjoyed the house, the garden and the pool that are very spacious and very well maintained. The large kitchen is fully equipped to make meals for a large number of guests. Which is a good thing, since the house is a bit remote and you don't want to drive to a restaurant every night. Particularly in October, many restaurants are closed for the season, but there are enough stores around to purchase wonderful hand-made pasta, black truffles and great prosciutto !

Summary: Beautiful setting with great views, it was a little too chilly to use the pool but we managed it. The fenced garden is a bonus and the house large enough for family and friends to share without getting under each others feet.

Summary: The place was delightful. We had a great time last summer. If you need a place to relaxe, if you love the nature and beautyful countrylife and if you not look for annoying nightlife and bars next to your holidayhome, you definitely should choose Casa Ciclamini. It is a wonderful restored beautyful house just as shown at pictures, with a huge garden and a nice pool. The kitchen is well equipped and the house clean and really nice. You need a car to go to the next supermarket and restaurants, but this is no big deal. I promise you will love the property. The owner and the housekeeper are very nice persons. We will come back soon !
