Positive: I have done multiple safaris, but my experience with Reto Safaris has truly been one of the best so far. Joseph and Jacob have an incredible instinct for tracking wildlife — especially the big cats. They always seemed to know exactly where to go, making sure we had the most unforgettable sightings along with amazing photo and video opportunities (definitely Instagram-worthy!). Wilson took wonderful care of us throughout the trip, always making sure we were well fed and comfortable. And every time we said “thank you,” his cheerful “Karibu” (welcome in the local language) made the experience even more special and authentic. Joshua and Guru are genuinely kind, smiling souls — always ready to help with anything, big or small. Their warmth added so much joy to the journey. A special mention to Jonnah, our driver back to Nairobi from Masai Mara National Reserve. He drove with great care and professionalism and also ensured we had a fantastic experience at Lake Naivasha along the way. What made this team even more special was how friendly and loving they were with my one-year-old. They connected with her so naturally that she was always excited to see them and play with them — which says a lot about their warmth and character. This team truly goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best of everything and create memories that last a lifetime. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable, well-organised, and heartwarming safari experience.
Negative: Coming to accommodation we had basic facilities in place. So no complaints.
Summary: Great Safar Experience

Positive: We booked a full-day and a half-day safari through the hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Everyone we met was kind and dedicated to ensuring we are happy. Joseph (in the last picture, wearing green shirt and khaki jeans) was our host, who arranged all our safaris and transportation—and has since become a good friend. Mark (Bule shirt and Black jacket) was the person of humor, who call himself "rino driver" and lead us to a rhino. And the handsome in white shirt (apologies, I’ve forgotten your name)--though he wasn’t driving, he spent the whole day with us. Of course, the hotel staff were also very kind to us. Safari with Masai guides is defenitely worth it. They are highly professional when it comes to finding animals. We set out before 5:30 am in the dark, so that we can see the animals when they are active in the morning. On our first day, by 9 a.m., we had already seen elephants, lions(both females and males), buffalos, African wild dogs(I think so?),various antelopes and many other animals I can't name. Later, we also saw zebras, giraffes, ostrich, cheatah, even letard and rhinoceros. We saw everything we had hoped for, and there were even many surprises. So it's definitely worth it to safari with them, and the camp is also a good place to stay.
Summary: Definitely worth it

Positive: The honesty of the management.
Negative: Safari cut short a bit at the end. If I'm told 6 M to 6 pm, I don't like to return at 4 pm. Every minute counts in Masai Mara animal packed national park.
Summary: Honest and doesn't bribe park rangers at the gate to pocket park entry fee like nearby Kipepeo Camp.

Positive: Joseph and his team were amazing. They make sure that they connect with the ranger to see leopards, cheetahs etc. the lodge was fantastic with a good pressure hot water. There was so much to eat and it was really great. The bed made me sleep longer as usual and the size of the room was perfect. There is also snug protected parking lot if your self-driving like I do. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay longer. It was just so relaxing and I made my big five thanks to Joseph, my tour guide.
Negative: Bring cash with you. The next ATM is 1 hr drive away. They are accepting cars for payment aswell.
Summary: Best tour (big five) with a relaxing lodge

Positive: The accommodation is alright, run by local Masai community and a good choice for staying around the Masai Mara National park entrance. The staff is extraordinary and I can recommend them enough. Joseph and Munkasio took us on unforgettable game drive safari around Masai Mara for 14 hours straight! That was a life-memorising experience. Those 2 Masai guys really love their job and give all their energy to provide you with extraordinary experience that you will never forget. First of all, I must say they have the most authentic and most beautiful safari vehicles in the park, comfortable seats, wooden natural elements open type of vehicle where you are the most connected with your surroundings and the nature. They are local and they know the best spots, there is no obstacle in the park which would stop them to get you as close as possible to the epicenter of natural life. While all other tour organisation safaris are very reserved and interested to go beyond they are obliged, our 2 guys took us so close to the lions that we could almost feel their breath. They let us enjoy every moment we wanted and never cut it off... it felt like your best friend took you on safari and was excited to show you all. Late in the afternoon they even asked us is there any animals we missed and you want us to find... They are just amazing... At some point we were chasing ostrich for kilometres... Everything was fun and unforgettable. This is the longest review I ever wrote and I haven't even scratched even a surface of the extraordinary safari we had. I really recommend this unique safari best experience because, it feels more genuine, more connected to the region and local knowledge. It is cheaper than Nairobi Safari mega-companies to whom you are just a number and you have a chance to directly continue to the local community and not to Nairobi businesses.
Summary: Unforgettable Unique safari experience with real Masai locals

Positive: We went for Masai Mara safari game drive with the property staff members, Joseph and Munkasio. After the whole day 14 hours spent in the park and I am very confident that we had the best safari experience, as we reached where almost all safari companies haven't. Highly recommend safari with those local Masai guys - they know the place the best and they have a lot of enthusiasm to make your visit unforgettable.
