4 Bedroom House in Sorrento

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups (we do not accept bookings made up of 10 adults) ** We do not permit pets.
Retreat 95 is the ideal in relaxed, indoor/outdoor living. The outdoor area is to envy with solar heated swimming pool, spa and relaxed seating areas so that you can enjoy the outdoor space. There is a large open planned kitchen, dining and living room that opens to a central outdoor alfresco room with an outdoor kitchen, comfy couches and a dining table.
This spacious family home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - one with a bath, 2 living rooms with large TVs, both with Foxtel IQ and DVD players, and Playstation4. There is also free WiFi.
There's ducted heating/cooling throughout to make your stay comfortable at any time of year. There is a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, and you have use of the double garage which has a table tennis table, dart board and extra fridge.
All of this within a short walk to the foreshore and the Sorrento Sailing Couta Club via Tuckey Track.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - 4 BEDROOMS - SLEEP 10 PEOPLE
1st bedroom - king sized bed, WIR, ensuite, Telstra TV (ie you can watch Netflix)
2nd bedroom - king sized bed, BIR
3rd bedroom - queen sized bed, BIR, TV
4th bedroom - 2 x king single bunks (ie sleeps 4 people)
Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.
Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).

Summary: We were a group of mostly 50+ yr old ladies desperately in need of a weekend away after Covid. The property was spacious and comfortable with a number of living areas. We were lucky to have good weather so made good use of the outdoor spaces, spa and pool. The property was clean with comfy beds, great location and good to have a coffee pod machine. All in all it was a fabulous property would definitely book again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Summary: A beautiful property with everything you need and more! The place was very spacious and relaxing with games, pool and spa. The kids had a ball spending the days playing in the pool and with the fun games provided.

Summary: Booked this holiday house with 4 adults and 4 children, house was more than big enough to entertain us all. It was very clean, great outdoor entertainment area, even though during our stay it was raining and really windy we were able to keep all the kids happy with wide selection of movies, board games and activities in the garage. Will definitely be booking this place again during our next stay!!
