New, spacious, secluded mountain retreat on 3 acres with three treams, heavily wooded, lots of privacy, and a newly paved entrance to the house! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great deck space with Hot Tub, gas fire pit and now with DISH TV and Starlink internet! 10 miles from Hendersonville or Brevard. 7 miles from Dupont Forest, 2 miles from the French Broad and 15 miles from the Asheville Airport. Perfect for hiking, biking, kayaking, trout fishing, enjoying the 'Land of Waterfalls' and some awesome restaurants and places to visit. Come stay at our mountain home!
We have also added a detached garage with a private Loft (property #3126405) this year which makes for a great complimentary site to combine with the house or book separately!

Summary: Loved the house. It was everything that the owner described, and more. Secluded, quiet and completely serene, yet close enough to the park, groceries, good dining, and some terrific produce, and ice cream. We enjoyed some nearby hikes and waterfalls, but our primary reason for coming here, (besides escaping the south Florida heat), is the Brevard Music Festival. A quick 25 minutes away to one of the best outdoor music festivals in the country! We had a great time and will hopefully be returning.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this location. It is definitely away from noise and people. The driveway was very steep for us flatlanders. We saw the white squirrel twice. It was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Summary: The house was great on the inside and out. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. After a long day of hiking we were able to come back and relax in a hot tub. We saw deer in the back yard and a ton of white squirrels running around. Overall we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this home as a place to stay.
