Summary: We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). The house was well equipped and had little extras like soap and flossers available. We contacted the host, Mariah, following our first night to ask for the air conditioning to be turned down just a few degrees, and she was immediately responsive and accommodating. The public spaces of the house (essentially one big room) are comfortable and decently furnished, and there are fun touches like indoor and outdoor games provided. Definitely recommend this property; we enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: the property was clean, big living area and comfortable. the only draw back is the one bathroom, however it is manageable. we have stayed there several times and will stay again. the property owner/manager was easy to communicate with our needs.

Summary: Loved the location of the property! Very close by to EVERYTHING! Property was clean and comfortable. The owner is the property gave me lots of recommendations of places to go and it was really helpful. I would definitely stay again!
