Positive: How clean it was,the convenience of not having to run to a laundromat, all the conveniences of home. Not having to be bothered by a Maid everyday.
Negative: We never called and asked either but never found any local television channels. We had all the apps we wanted. Not completely disappointed Watched a lot of Netflix during the little time we did.

Positive: Everything was clean and tidy! The host had the condo stocked with almost everything you could need! There is even a first aid kit stocked just in case! The water stayed warm for showers and drained well. It is close to the pool, the pickle ball court, and other outside activities. There is something for everyone! When I had an issue, she was very responsive and quick to get back to me and solve the problem. I would absolutely recommend this condo for a family looking for a place to stay!
Negative: The sofa bed was missing springs that attached the base, so it was hard to sleep on without falling through the frame. It's a simple fix that I'm sure she will have fixed for the next guest.

Positive: Traffic was light in this area. It was quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds. Great condo with everything you need to feel at home.

Positive: Everything was really nice. The owner went out of her way to replace the coffee maker that wasn't working. Had a replacement in less then an hour.
