Summary: Strictly used for sleeping and meet our needs.2 couples and 2 kids. Very spacious and clean. Except the filters on the air conditioners, which my son cleaned for you. Properly manager was very helpful and went out of her way to meet our needs

Summary: Barking dog continuing. Waterfront? No, misleading. Luxurious, no. Beds were comfy! Property could use major cleaning, the grounds, etc. Will not stay there again.

Summary: It wasn't what we thought with the listing description, is an older apartment building but has a nice look all around and clean, the kitchen could use some forks and dish scrubby for pots and pans, but otherwise it was decent. the host was very good at communicating with us, I think they are probably good at addressing things as they are made aware of, the small bathroom ceiling is a little scary, I was afraid that if the upstairs folks filled the tub for a bath, it might come down on top of us. The "waterfront" is acutally a small pond with some ducks in it. The 2 pools were closed for whatever reason the entire weekend at over 100* in fact one of them had a few ducks in it. It is in a great location for everything. I wouldn't call it luxury but it was pleasant. I would stay again.

Summary: Unfortunately the place was overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes. The kitchen cookware was a little underwhelming. Bright spot is the bed was super comfortable and the unit was very clean. If not for the cigarette smell which the owner knew about it, I would have been glad to give a better rating!

Summary: Perfect place to stay while in Washington for our wedding . A few suggestions , the bathtubs are super slippery and could use some type of grips and maybe include replacement trash bags and extra paper towels for those longer rentals ☺️
