Positive: The flat is very nicely decorated. The bed in the bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large table. It is however quide dark (a deep groundfloor). The kitchen is small but well equipped, even for cooking a simple dinner. In addition to the stove, there is a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There are plenty of dishes and pots. The refrigerator is large and has a large freezer compartment. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub. Unfortunately, due to the humidity in the apartment, it is a bit humid there. There is a large washing machine. There is also a clothes dryer. The apartment has a small but very nice garden with a hammock, a table and a barbecue area. The first barbecue is free, the next one costs EUR 10. You can relax in the garden even in the evenings, as there are very few mosquitoes outside (if any, then only a few, probably due to the bats :). They were more noticeable in the flat (which is why mosquito nets on the windows would be useful), although we managed to neutralise them before going to bed ;). There are blackberries growing in the garden, which my child enjoyed snacking on. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but it was not hot. During our stay, there was a heatwave with temperatures reaching 37 degrees, but despite this, the temperature in the apartment was comfortable. During our stay, the property was looked after by a very nice lady who was happy to help (e.g. we received extra towels at our request, she also lent us spices for dinner, and gave us free mosquito repellent incense for the garden (which we didn't end up using because we didn't see any mosquitoes at all). She also played with our daughter and gave her a birthday present. Halfway through our stay, we received a gift of Slovenian wine from our hosts :).

Negative: The flat is located on the low ground floor, partially below ground level. Unfortunately, this makes it quite humid. The apartment has a humidity regulator, which helps a lot, but the smell is peculiar. The WiFi is poor. Unfortunately, only one of our phones (we had two in total) was able to connect to the WiFi, although the internet often disconnected and we sometimes had to go to the hallway several times an hour to scan the QR code again (access to the internet required scanning the code). This made it difficult to plan routes and trips. Outside, there was public mobile net and internet access, but it also worked poorly.
