Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this villa and truly enjoyed every moment. The hospitality was exceptional — the hosts were kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. The villa was impressively clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable for our group. The atmosphere was peaceful and warm, and the entire experience felt soft, pleasant, and thoughtfully organized.

Positive: It's a very spacious traditional home. Big rooms and hall as well as living + kitchen. Parking space is there. Cordial staff. Stay was pleasant. You can spend time together in a big family. Kitchen is equipped with gas and cookware. Room ACs are powerful. CC TVs all around. In the heart of Udipi Village area. Staff comes for repair if called.

Negative: It's dusty for most of the storage areas and kitchen. The living room does not have an AC. Gets hot. The hall dining has no AC nor seating nor a dining table. Lack of seating options outside room. Lots of old, broken stuff lying around which gather dust on lofts. If you have allergy to dust it's an issue. Needs to throw out and do deep cleaning. One large old style indian bathroom area really needs retiling and rework to make it usable. Bathroom fittings were cracked or broken or old. No flush for Indian toilet and that bathroom was an old stone obe which seemed redundant for use. One attached toilet was smelling badly. Could not sleep due to the smell was entering bedroom. The garden round the house needs clean up. Photos taken of clean spacious areas and posted
