Positive: Great views from balcony. Excellent breakfast. Strong WiFi in the room.

Negative: The listed facilities included a hot tub,tumble drier, chocolates or cookies : we had none of these. I ordered the trout in the restaurant: it did not come as the picture in the menu suggested, it was just the fish (which was good), slice of lemon and two halves of potato.

Positive: Lovely hotel with a really fantastic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Excellent food in the restaurant definitely recommend eating there.

Negative: WiFi in the restaurant was good but not as good in the rooms.

Negative: Old facility, needs renovation, lights were not functioning properly. Bedsheets smelled like they were old.

Positive: I liked the location, the garden, the pool and the restaurant. The hotel from outside is gorgeous and the view was very good. Stuff is friendly and very kind, but they need to learn some finesse. Food was also good. Hot water is available all the time.

Negative: I didn't like the room. It was dirty, dusty and full of spiders. The shower cabin was broken and there was a mattress behind the entrance door.
