Positive: New building, spacious and comfortable room, with a well equipped kitchen. It even had a toaster which was nice!

Negative: Like a lot of apartments, you arrive faced with a locked door and number to call, which is a pain if you have a phone that does not work in Czechia. It would be nice if there were some consumables like salt, pepper, sugar.

Positive: All was the best with regard to the price/location. I was staying in hotels in Liberec for 3 times as much getting a half of the room comfort/size and then i decided to travel to the Residence Bara to save money and it was a dream for the price.

Negative: The only downside is the location, all else is dreamy - the price is almost meeting the regular rent price while providing a total comfort. Best hotel i have ever stayed in, aside of the location issue.

Summary: Best price/comfort i have ever seen in the Europe, just the location isnt good.
