Positive: The staff are VERY helpful and polite. The location is clean, and the restaurant is excellent. The food here is very good. The steak, for example, was fantastic - as was the duck and the chicken. The sauna is great, you get an hour with your booking when you want to use it.

Negative: I absolutely, positively hate when a double bed has 2 single-person duvets, like two child-size duvets, instead of one large one over the whole bed. This is common in Poland. I hate this, and will take points away from any place that does this, regardless of how good anything else is. Breakfast was ok ... not terrible, but not great. It's fine, but I didn't love it.

Positive: Review: We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, nice atmosphere, and very friendly staff – especially the girls at the reception, they were amazing. The hotel itself is pleasant but a bit tired. For a luxury room, we expected the bathroom to be in better shape – no cracks in the sink and proper shower glass. The private spa with jacuzzi and sauna is a big plus, but during our last visit the water wasn’t changed, and we were told about it only the next day. They apologized and didn’t charge us, but it still shouldn’t happen. The restaurant was fine, average food and atmosphere. Staff – 10/10, hotel – solid 8/10.

Negative: They didn’t change the water in the jacuzzi and didn’t inform us about it. That’s a minus.

Negative: Location is around 25 mins of a walk from old town. But is perfect if you are planning to cycle or have ur own car
