Positive: Location was perfect for me, as I needed to be near family, but it's in the middle of nowhere. A nice summer location. Water and tea provided. Bathroom was nice, shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.

Negative: No restaurant open. TV was old with poor sound. Unable to adjust volume.
