Positive: Incredibly amazing pool, amazing spa, great view of the lake, attentive staff. Amazing authentic Keralan cuisine. Hands down the best hotel we stayed in in Kerala. Very kid-friendly amenities, staff pays attention to kids, amazing!

Positive: The place is lovely, the location superb, adjoining the back waters. The pool is the longest in India, and I enjoyed swimming across the length of it! The staff are very friendly, and the food is great. The poolside cottages are great and definitely worth the extra. The spa is also huge and well designed.

Negative: They use a lot of insecticides I guess, to keep away bugs and other flying creatures. And our driver complained about the slushy parking area and lack of facilities for drivers, compared to other resorts in the area.

Summary: Excellent place to relax at the backwaters and enjoy the longest swimming pool in India.
