Positive: The beauty of the riad was really nice and it was really cozy and the people were really accomodative and sweet and they tended to our every needs. Very cozy and would highly reccomended.
Negative: Bit of Musty smell probably due to the age of the riad and ventilation

Positive: Well placed in the middle of the medina. But it is a bit of a walk to pick up/drop if you are taking taxi/car. A lot of slopes too. Staff was kind and offered free drink/snack when I was reading at the patio. They also prepared breakfast earlier for one of the guests who had to leave early-very considerate. Best thing was they had a rinser in the toilet which is important for Muslim travellers.
Negative: The bed was not comfortable as it was sloping towards the middle. The lighting was a bit too dim for my liking.

Positive: Our stay was faultless from pickup, to checkin , facilities, room size and position. All of the staff members were considerate of our needs and expectations - brilliant! The breakfast was excellent and whilst we did not get the opportunity to dine at the riad, other guests that we spoke to were full of praise.
Negative: Our stay should have been longer!
Summary: Provided all of the services, facilities and support that allows for real peace of mind.

Positive: The location was great for being in central medina Fes. The room was plenty big enough for a family with children which was great. The staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable.
Negative: The room didn't really have very much natural light and the hotel itself is at best 3 star. With just one small toilet for the reception area and a sparse roof terrace. The 4 star hotel next door was an absolute world apart from this Riad but a similar price

Positive: Great location, just a short walk from the Blue Gate. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff (especially Ibrahim) were kind and very helpful 😊
Negative: The only thing to watch out for is when you arrive at the parking area. if someone approaches you and offers to carry your luggage to the riad, be careful. We got scammed by a young, friendly guy 😞. I know it’s not the riad’s fault, but just something to be aware of.

Positive: Good location. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Muhammed who we had most contact with.
Negative: Room lacks storage space and no hooks or places to hang towels/clothes in the bathroom. No ventilation in the bathroom & shower. Two power plugs were in inconvenient locations (not by the bed).
