Positive: The staff was outstanding. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Jawad in particular went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. The Riad itself was beautiful, breakfast was delightful, the rooms were some of the largest I stayed in during my trip. Pretty large rooms for a Riad. I can't say it enough, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Negative: I disliked nothing.

Summary: Stay here. You don't need to research anywhere else. The staff go above and beyond.

Positive: The Riad itself was stunning. Recently renovated with a fabulous eye for detail. The room was exceptionally comfortable with a good shower. The staff were lovely. Very happy to help, answer any question and ensure the stay went smoothly. They are a good team with lots of smiles and laughter that give the Riad a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The location was perfect a 6 min walk from one of the gates, in a quiet area but within 4min walk of the bustling areas of the madina and restaurants. There is even a nice roof terrace to relax and enjoy the sun and views across the medina. Highly recommend this Riad run expertly by Dominique and his lovely team.

Negative: Hot water was lacking at times. Kettle was broken but replaced quickly by staff.

Positive: We really liked our stay at Riad Batchisarai. The owner, Dominique, told us about the renovation project and back story of this place. He really turned this place in a beautiful sanctuary. The place was super beautiful, the rooms superclean and the breakfast elaborate delicious! We also really appreciated the receptionist Maoud, he gave lots of information and took great care of us! Thanks for everything! 🙏
