Positive: Everything. The vibe and nature. It's super chill and far from city noises. Clean rooms and towels.

Negative: Minor things: - AC is cold, but it wasn't working properly. - Pillows are too high for my neck. Major things: - Eating was not allowed in rooms, so you must eat in their restaurant. The food wasn't great, and you must wait for a very long time. I understand that it's a very big park and there are a lot of people, but I need to mention it. And the breakfast is mediocre; you're not allowed to choose, so if you're staying for five days, for example, you're going to eat the same breakfast over and over again. Despite these issues, the stay was pleasant, but improvements could be made. And thanks for the accommodation.

Positive: It was very comfortable and well equipped. The outside space was lovely. The restaurant very handy to have so close. Breakfast was excellent.

Negative: The air conditioning did not work, and the safe had no instructions about use. WiFi was terrible.

Negative: The gate at the main entrance was closed, and since we had our own vehicle, we had to call the doorman each time to open it. It would be much more convenient if guests who book the riad were provided with a key.

Summary: My stay was comfortable and enjoyable overall, with just a few minor inconveniences for the price that we paid.
