Positive: An oasis of calm amidst a crazy city. Roof terrace pool was a plunge pool but perfect. Great sun bathing area on roof. Very helpful staff. Hammam and massages excellent and good value. The courtyard was a place of solace.

Negative: Small things - should empty bin each day, maybe more bins in rooms/suite. Maybe more hooks for towels in bathroom. Otherwise amazing!

Positive: We had the most amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic - the staff genuinely couldn’t have done enough for us. We were a group of 5 girls – celebrating a 50th Birthday and felt so welcomed, looked after, and safe throughout our stay. The team went above and beyond to help with recommendations, arrange a birthday cake, transfers, moving sun loungers on the rooftop so we could have a private belly dancing class and generally just making sure we had everything we needed at all times. The riad itself was beautiful, clean, and such a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. Breakfast was great - omelette's were superb! We would all highly recommend staying here and would definitely return. Thank you again for making our trip so special Marwan! :-)

Positive: Very peaceful and tranquil. Wonderfully attentive staff , Marwen could not have neen more helpful. Super room , lovely breakfast and plunge pool great after lots of walking round the medina.

Positive: The staff were exceptional. Don’t miss going back mid afternoon where you hear only the fountain, spa music and birds chirping. Heavenly. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Very elevated feel.

Negative: Location made both walking everywhere and arriving by taxi easy. Some smells in the alleyways and dusty dirty roads took some getting used to in Marrakech but the Riad itself was perfection!
