Positive: The most we liked was the hospitality we received. We were welcomed very warmly, explained everything about the city and given a lot of advice. The room was very clean and we loved the style of the residence. The breakfast was as all homemade, they were so friendly that they gave it us to take away since we had to leave very early in the morning

Positive: Excellent location, walking distance from everything , there is a concierge that will bring you to the hotel form the main street as the side streets can be a little confusing to navigate at times, the staff are amazing, extremely friendly , i must give a mention to Noureddine, a really nice person , couldn't have done anymore for us and Lindo the house cat too, breakfast was amazing, room amazing , roof top amazing and great value for money, i will absolutely return if visiting Marakesh again

Positive: The property is clean and very well maintained. It reflects the Riad style. Staff were amazing and helpful. Made me feel at home. I will def come back
Negative: The location was hard to find. It is a in a long hallway and could be a little sketchy if you’re alone. They do have security that walks you back to the Riad when arriving late.
Summary: It was a great Riad experience. Great staff, property was amazing and breakfast was so good.

Positive: It is the best Riad management (Oussama) and professional staff that i've ever seen by far. Oussama and his staff take care about everything in a very professional manner and always with an smile in their face. The food is excellent, the rooms are very clean, the Riad is in the heart of the Medina, close to all Marrakech places to view and where you can go by foot If you are going to visit Marrakech, i do suggest you to go to Riad dar Ourika, your home away from home.

Positive: We had a the most wonderful stay in this marvellous Riad in the heart of the Medina. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything to see and do in Marrakesh. The room was a dream. They served us delicious Moroccan tea, and even organized our airport transfers, accompanying us early in the morning to make sure everything went smoothly. Breakfast was amazing — fresh, varied, and much more than just coffee and bread. You can tell they really care about what they do.

Positive: The Riad is in a good part of the medina. You need to ask the stall holders to find it as it's tucked away behind the main streets. The Riad has lots of charming aspects and feels very authentic, although it feels like it could do with a bit of updating in places...some things looked a bit worn. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
