Positive: Location is walking minutes away form the main square. This was the first riad I have stayed in. The decoration and layout of the room was spectacular. The host was really informative, welcoming, respectful and humble. One guest called him a legend , and I agree. He was available at all hours and did his best to make us comfortable. A parking spot on the road outside the riad was kept for us. The host spoke good English. Breakfast at the riad was very filling with traditional breads, eggs and mint tea. The decoration of the whole riad was amazing and authentic Moroccan furniture and wall and ceiling engravings. They do serve dinner in the evenings, and a menu is displayed on a board outside the lounge. We only stayed here for one night as the town is smaller than other ones in Morocco and was more of a stay over. Although its a bit smaller, there was so much entertainment in the evening especially on the square. Meknes in the evening was very lively - possibly because it was summer and school holidays
Summary: The riad is in a 5 minute walking distance to the main square, but away from the hustle buslte
