Positive: Wow, I don't know where to begin. First of all we would like to say a massive thank you to the manager Marco. He gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable right from the beginning. He sat with us on our first day showing us places we can visit in Marrakech on a city map which he had prepared for us before our arrival. He even gave us his phone number and advised us that we can ring him anytime if we encountered any problem during our stay our whilst out and about. He made sure that all our needs were catered for and arranged for our taxi transfer to the airport. He was always available and even came to see us and have a chat before we checked out of the Riad on our last day. Marco is a very kind, humble and cultured gentleman who treats his guests like family members. All the other staff members all also kind and polite. The Riad itself is clean and so was our room which was equipped with all the necessary ammenities. The food we had at this Riad was delicious. The Moroccan salads we had as our starter were so tasty and our main course lamb tagine was exceptional. The Riad is well situated and taxis can come to its doorstep, saving you from having to drag your luggage a long way. We're very pleased to have had the chance to stay in this Riad and would very highly recommend it for anyone visiting Marrakech. Thanks again to Marco for making our stay memorable. Positive: Had an amazing stay at Riad Infinity Sea. The riad itself is beautiful, really cosy, and in a great location, only around a 10 minute walk from the centre, which made everything super convenient. A huge thank you to Marco, the hotel manager, who genuinely made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. He took care of every request so well, always made time to greet and chat with us, arranged taxis for us when we were heading out at night, and also gave us great recommendations for things to do around Marrakech which really helped us make the most of the trip. He truly made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Also a big thank you to Mohammad, who was incredibly kind throughout our stay and always made sure all our food requests were catered to with a smile on his face. The traditional breakfast every morning was lovely and the mint tea was honestly one of my favourite parts of the stay, absolutely delicious. Overall, a brilliant place with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Would absolutely stay again.

Positive: The amazing welcome and helpfulness of Marco and his team. Meals taken were all home cooked and delicious. Great location just a short walk from the souks and main square. Large comfortable bedroom. Roof terrace was perfect area to chill with a cocktail
Negative: I don’t want to find fault because our stay was just perfect and I would highly recommend Riad Infinity Sea to anyone visiting Marrakech! However, I will just want to point out that the shower head was very scaled up and needed a good clean or replacement. The sink needed new sealant as it had gone mouldy and there was some mould in the shower.

Positive: We felt very welcomed upon arrival. Marco was fantastic in giving us tips and recommendations during our visit to Marrakech. A phone was also provided in case we needed to get a hold of him or the Riad. Great location, close the the medina and square.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech. The place was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and full of charm—every detail was clearly taken care of with love. Marco, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave us plenty of great tips on what to see and do in the city, helped us organize transport, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The entire staff was fantastic—always smiling, helpful, and attentive. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Positive: The host, Marco, is very welcoming and will make sure your stay in Marrakesh is phenomenal, providing you with all the necessary information and services that you can think of. The whole staff is very professional too and there is always someone on site ready to call a taxi or make you a tea. The rooms are tidied daily. We have enjoyed a aperitivo and a delightful dinner on the terrace at sunset, and I have to mention that their Pastilla was the best one I had in Marocco. The structure is modern and silent, they also offer hammam services. the location is great, just 5 minutes walking from the Madrasa. The neighbourhood is lived by locals and has many multipurpose and vegetable shops. You’ll feel cuddled and taken care of

Positive: The Riad was very clean and secure. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice and freshly made.
Negative: The open layout of the riad and my room’s location near the front door meant that it was noisy in the room at times late at night and early in the morning. The shower water was not always hot and we did not know we need to ask for it to be heated.
